Project Manager – IT Solutions

About the role

Zones is seeking a Project Manager 1 to lead the planning and execution of IT projects across its global portfolio. The role involves coordinating resources, managing scope, schedule and budget, and ensuring successful delivery for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project onboarding based on scope and statement of work.
• Coordinate engagement of resources and subject‑matter experts for project start‑up.
• Gather requirements, develop project playbooks, SOPs and Bill of Materials.
• Define rollout schedules, SLA requirements and drive changes through IntelliPlan.
• Track, report and measure project outcomes against defined metrics.
• Determine inventory needs, work with supply chain on lead times and arrivals.
• Manage all aspects of project billing and client support.
• Build strong relationships with customer operations teams.
