Project Manager – Offshore Delivery (Onsite, Lahore)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our offshore delivery team in Lahore. You will coordinate cross‑functional engineering groups, work closely with US counterparts, and ensure seamless execution of AI‑driven and data‑intensive products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, allocate, and optimise resources across AI, Java, React, QA and Data teams.
• Break down product goals into clear tasks, timelines and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, dependencies and risks early.
• Maintain continuous communication across time zones and act as the primary liaison with US product and leadership teams.
• Own the full project lifecycle – from planning and execution to delivery and reporting.
• Drive sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives and delivery reviews.
• Provide data‑driven reports on productivity, risks and resource utilisation.
• Foster a high‑performance, accountable team culture and support professional growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management.
• Proven track record managing cross‑functional engineering teams, including AI/ML, backend, frontend, QA and data engineers.
• Experience working with US‑based clients or teams, preferably on AI‑driven or data‑heavy products.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• High ownership, accountability and ability to prioritise under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with ClickUp, Jira or Asana.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with API‑based systems and modern web architectures.
• Exposure to AI/ML project workflows.
