Project Manager – Reward‑Based Crowdfunding Platform

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead reward‑based crowdfunding campaigns on our new platform. Based in DHA Phase 4, Lahore, you will work closely with creators, internal teams and external partners to launch projects on time, fulfil rewards and ensure a seamless backer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scopes, set timelines and manage deliverables for each campaign.
• Coordinate creators, marketing, product and vendor teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Track progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee media, social‑media and website content related to campaigns.
• Monitor logistics for reward production, shipping and inventory, conducting quality inspections.
• Maintain clear documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Continuously improve workflows and contribute to best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience, preferably in startups or crowdfunding environments.
• Strong expediting, inspection and logistics‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on stakeholder reliability.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
