Project Manager – Technology Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join Epicmetry, a fast‑growing technology company. You will lead cross‑functional teams and drive projects from inception through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, schedules, dependencies, resources and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, clients and vendors.
• Facilitate kick‑off, status and client presentation meetings.
• Provide regular status reports and updates on scope, schedule or budget changes.
• Conduct project reviews and lessons‑learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product development to align priorities and deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast‑paced tech environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Adaptable mindset to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
• PMP certification is a plus.
