Project & Operations Manager (Remote, Pakistan)

About the role

A fast-growing e-commerce company that designs and sells consumer products across several brands and sales channels is hiring a Project & Operations Manager to own the work between its teams. The role reports directly to the founder and is fully remote, anywhere in Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Own every company priority: assign an owner, a date and a status
• Run the weekly leadership meeting, including agenda, decisions log and action items followed to closure
• Manage cross-team projects end to end, such as product launches, supplier orders through to warehouse arrival, and rollouts of new tools and processes
• Prepare decision briefings for the founder and track that decisions are implemented
• Find the root cause of recurring problems and write the SOP that stops them
• Maintain an operating dashboard showing whether the company is executing

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience, with 2 or more years running cross-team projects (project manager, PMO, operations manager or chief of staff) at a company of 20 to 150 people
• Bachelor's degree; an MBA and a degree from LUMS, IBA, GIKI, NUST or similar are strongly preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English

Required skills

• Hands-on experience setting up and running projects in ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana or Jira
• End-to-end project delivery across several teams, with knowledge of what happened to the dates and the result
• Google Sheets or Excel for trackers and dashboards

What we offer

• Salary of PKR 450,000 to 650,000 per month, plus a performance bonus of up to 15%
