Project Quality Manager - QC/QA

About the role

The Project Quality Manager – QC/QA is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Baluchistan. The role requires rotation work on construction projects and demands strong expertise in quality control and assurance within engineering environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve QC/QA plans for construction projects.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records and quality manuals.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and ISO guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• More than 15 years of relevant experience, including at least two projects completed as a QC manager.
• Advanced English proficiency and experience on overseas projects.
• Proven ability to work on‑site in challenging field conditions with high attention to detail.
