About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Purchaser to centralise procurement activities for IT, Workplace Services and People Experience teams. The role executes purchasing requests based on approved specifications, ensuring competitive pricing, timely delivery and a smooth experience for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Source products and services according to stakeholder requirements and approved specifications.
• Obtain, evaluate and compare vendor quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Negotiate prices and terms to secure best value for the organisation.
• Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders and related procurement documentation.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new suppliers, monitoring performance and service quality.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand needs, provide market insights and track request status.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, approval workflows and audit requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and vendor management practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain or vendor management.
• Strong negotiation and commercial evaluation abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple procurement requests simultaneously with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using procurement tracking tools.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms or purchasing software.
