PVD Coating Machine Operator (Arc & Magnetron Sputtering)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated PVD Coating Machine Operator to join our production team in Sialkot. The role involves operating and monitoring Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) equipment to produce high‑quality coloured coatings such as black, blue, golden, rainbow and purple.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Arc and Magnetron sputtering systems to apply PVD coatings.
• Prepare substrates through washing and surface preparation to ensure proper adhesion.
• Manage vacuum systems, monitor pressure, temperature and power levels throughout each cycle.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance and documentation of machine performance.
• Inspect finished products for coating defects and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and comply with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience operating PVD coating machines.
• Strong understanding of vacuum technology and sputtering processes.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to meet production schedules.
