QA Engineer, Product & Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a QA Engineer who will also act as a Product & Technical Support Specialist for our SaaS solutions. The position is fully remote and open to candidates in India, Pakistan, or the Philippines. You will work directly with customers, developers, and product teams to ensure high‑quality releases and fast issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate customer‑reported issues via Intercom and internal tools.
• Reproduce bugs, determine if they are isolated or systemic, and document findings.
• Collaborate with developers to clearly escalate reproducible issues.
• Test new product releases, validate bug fixes, and catch regressions after deployments.
• Write and improve knowledge‑base articles and help documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional software development or engineering experience.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on customer empathy.
• Ability to work under ambiguity, take ownership, and document processes clearly.

Required skills

• Debugging of software systems.
• Experience using Intercom for customer support.
