QA/QC Engineer - Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

Avanceon is looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure end-to-end quality compliance across mechanical and oil & gas projects. The role plays a key part in implementing ISO 9001 standards, managing inspections and supporting successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage QA/QC plans, ITPs, inspections and handover documentation
• Conduct inspections across material receipt, fabrication, installation and pre-commissioning
• Witness testing and NDT activities in line with applicable standards
• Maintain QA/QC records and coordinate with contractors and third parties
• Drive continuous improvement through corrective and preventive actions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in mechanical or oil & gas projects
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and industry standards (ASME, API, ASTM)
