QSR Kitchen Lead – Hot Line Operations

About the role

Ghost Premium Fast Food is seeking an experienced, hands‑on QSR Kitchen Lead to oversee hot‑line operations. You will be responsible for maintaining speed, quality, consistency, and food safety across every shift in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily hot‑line operations, operating commercial fryers, griddles and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cooking quality, portioning, and product consistency.
• Ensure hygiene, food‑safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Train, coach and lead kitchen staff to achieve performance targets.
• Manage service speed, reduce waste and ensure correct packaging for delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on QSR or fast‑food kitchen experience.
• Strong experience with commercial fryers and flat‑top cooking.
• Background in fried chicken, burgers, sandwiches or similar concepts.
• Good understanding of food safety, quality assurance and sanitation.
• Ability to lead a team and perform under pressure.
• Strong attention to consistency, speed and detail.
