Quality Control Laboratory Manager

About the role

Hafiz Pharma Industry is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Quality Control Laboratory Manager to lead its QC laboratory in Kāmoki. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety across our range of surgical dressing items.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all quality control procedures and laboratory operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain proper documentation.
• Utilize and maintain laboratory equipment for testing and analysis.
• Analyze test results and interpret data to support product release decisions.
• Implement quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the laboratory team.

Required profile

• Pharm.D from a recognized university.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a QC department of a pharma or medical‑devices manufacturing company.
• Strong organizational and team‑management abilities.
