Quality Control Manager (Accounting and Finance)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead accounting and finance operations at our Lahore office. The role is hands‑on, focusing on accuracy, quality control, and process discipline while providing reliable financial data for management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and review monthly financial statements for the Lahore entity, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and margins of services delivered from the Lahore office.
• Prepare management reports and financial summaries for internal review.
• Validate client accounting files and financial statements before submission to Dubai, management, or auditors.
• Conduct quality‑control reviews to ensure compliance with internal standards, IFRS, and client requirements.
• Maintain audit‑ready working papers, documentation, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Implement and enforce internal financial controls, standardize workflows, and ensure segregation of duties.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost‑control initiatives, and provide financial analysis on productivity and profitability.
• Supervise and guide the local accounting team, coordinate with Dubai‑based finance, operations, and compliance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA, CA or CPA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in accounting, financial control, audit or related functions.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and professional accounting standards.
• Experience reviewing accounting files and managing quality‑control processes.
• Comfortable working in a delivery/shared‑services environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, structured and process‑oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills in English.
