Quality Control Specialist

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist ensures that products meet defined standards of workmanship, structure, and appearance. This role involves thorough inspections, data analysis, and coordination with suppliers to maintain high quality throughout the production process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct mid‑term and final inspections of products based on workmanship, craftsmanship, structure, and appearance criteria.
• Record inspection data, perform statistical analysis, generate reports, and guarantee the authenticity of results.
• Support QA and SQE teams in applying on‑site supplier standards, supervising manufacturing processes, and driving improvement projects.
• Perform random sampling of suppliers on site and coordinate periodic quality monitoring.
• Lead new product pre‑production meetings and produce detailed meeting reports.
• Handle additional ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• Full‑time college education or higher; background in home textile or pet product inspection preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant inspection experience.
• Strong quality awareness, responsibility, and the ability to voice informed opinions on quality matters.
• High execution capability, resilience, and a firm yet balanced attitude.
• Team‑oriented, quick to act, and able to thrive in high‑intensity, fast‑paced environments.
• Willingness to undertake long‑term business trips and handle pressure effectively.
