Quality Systems Lead

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Quality Systems Lead and drive compliance, continuous improvement, and food safety across our confectionery and PB sites. You will act as the technical expert for specification management and quality system activities, supporting both internal teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end specification management support, including interpretation of technical reports and compliance assessments.
• Plan, execute, and follow‑up on internal and external audits, NCR & CAPA processes, and risk‑management activities.
• Maintain and audit specification documents, archive obsolete specs, and run maintenance programs.
• Deploy and train users on eQCMS and Enablon tools, ensuring accurate document registers.
• Lead food safety and compliance audits such as FSSC 22000, HALAL, QCMS, and QMS.
• Coordinate cross‑functional reviews, approvals, and change notifications with suppliers.
• Support product quality, laboratory QPs, OOS investigations, and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Experience in a Food R&D environment or working closely with suppliers.
• Strong organizational agility and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven priority‑setting and decision‑making skills.
