About the role

We are looking for an experienced Female Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth for our property portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a strategic thinker with a proven record in real‑estate marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies for real‑estate projects.
• Manage online and offline campaigns to promote property listings and enhance brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content while maintaining brand consistency.
• Utilize SEO, SEM, and social‑media tools to boost online presence.
• Coordinate print and digital advertising to maximize reach.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data‑driven insights for optimisation.
• Maintain relationships with media contacts, vendors, and partners.
• Organise open houses, exhibitions, and networking events to showcase properties.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in real‑estate marketing or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and travel for events.
