About the role

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive property sales. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in real‑estate marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for real‑estate projects.
• Manage online and offline campaigns to promote property listings and enhance brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing plans with sales objectives.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital content in line with brand guidelines.
• Utilise SEO, SEM and social‑media tools to boost online visibility.
• Coordinate advertising efforts across print and digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data‑driven reports.
• Maintain relationships with media contacts, vendors and partners.
• Organise open houses, exhibitions and networking events.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in real‑estate marketing or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel for events and property visits.
