About the role

ZURAACO, a real estate company offering services and solutions to its clients, is looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Representatives. The role involves engaging potential clients, presenting properties and working with leads to identify buyers and sellers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients and provide information on available properties.
• Conduct property tours and presentations.
• Manage and update client information using CRM systems.
• Work on leads to identify potential buyers and sellers.
• Build and maintain client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Assist clients through the buying or selling process for a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Urdu.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in real estate sales.
• Preferred: resident of Bahria Town Karachi (BTK).

Required skills

• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
