Zameen.com is hiring a Sales Specialist to generate and manage leads for real estate sales and to build strong client relationships. The role involves presenting properties, understanding client needs and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Actively generate and manage leads for real estate sales.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships so their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Provide detailed information and insights about properties to potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings, property site visits and presentations to help clients decide.
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.
• Train and guide junior sales team members when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and goal-oriented.
