Recruitment Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Executive to manage end‑to‑end hiring for our BPO and call centre operations serving US clients. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and coordinate hiring for call centre, customer support, sales and other BPO roles.
• Assess candidates’ spoken English, communication skills, experience and suitability for US‑client work.
• Confirm salary expectations, availability, shift flexibility and on‑site willingness before shortlisting.
• Post vacancies and source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular hiring updates.
• Assist with basic HR documentation and payroll coordination when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• At least one year of hands‑on recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or call centre environments.
• Strong English communication, interviewing and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to independently source, screen and shortlist candidates.
• Excellent organization, follow‑up and record‑keeping abilities.
• Availability for a full‑time, on‑site role in Lahore.
