Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist – Night Shift

About the role

Search Solution is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for sales, business development, and technical positions on a night shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to final selection.
• Recruit for sales and business development roles such as Sales Agents, Sales Closers, BDMs, and Lead Generation Specialists.
• Handle recruitment for relevant technical positions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial calls, and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate communication.
• Maintain an organized candidate database and provide regular recruitment updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and technical recruitment.
• Hands‑on experience hiring for sales, business development, and technical roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet recruitment deadlines, and manage multiple vacancies.
• Availability to work on‑site during the night shift (7 PM – 4 AM).
