Recruitment Operations Executive

About the role

MicroAgility APAC is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Operations Executive to drive talent acquisition across the APAC region. You will source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for blue‑collar positions, building a strong pipeline that supports the company’s fast‑growing, agile business.

Key responsibilities

• Understand detailed job descriptions and hiring timelines for assigned blue‑collar roles.
• Source candidates on job boards, LinkedIn, social media groups and other platforms, with a focus on the Canadian market.
• Maintain and update the internal candidate database.
• Conduct screening calls, structured interviews, technical assessments and negotiate rates, compensation and location preferences.
• Finalize terms and conditions with selected consultants or candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months proven experience as a recruiter.
• Comfortable working hours from 04:30 PM to 01:30 AM.
• Positive “can‑do” attitude, resilience and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with various interview formats (phone, Skype, VOIP).
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques.
• LinkedIn and social‑media recruiting expertise.
• Familiarity with VOIP interview platforms.
