Regional Admin Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Admin Officer to support BAT’s operations in Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The role will ensure smooth administrative processes, compliance with EHS standards, and effective coordination of logistics and IT systems across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support BAT Leaf and other regional IT systems.
• Coordinate all administrative activities, including logistics and event organization.
• Assist the Regional Manager with budget preparation, financial monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure records and documentation comply with company policies and ISO standards.
• Support EHS compliance and facilitate internal and external audits.
• Oversee the movement of tobacco products from depots to the Global Logistics Team.
• Plan and execute conferences, official visits and other regional events.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong command of English and Urdu, both spoken and written.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Microsoft Certified Software Engineer certification (preferred).
• Oracle certification (preferred).
