Regional Director – South East Asia & Sri Lanka

About the role

Martin Dow is seeking a Regional Director to lead commercial performance, market development and execution across South East Asia and Sri Lanka. The incumbent will own the P&L, drive market expansion and ensure consistent delivery of commercial plans while collaborating closely with marketing, data analytics, regulatory and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement country‑specific commercial strategies aligned with International Business objectives.
• Support country teams in translating business goals into actionable sales strategies, customer targeting and coverage models.
• Implement standardized sales management frameworks, tools and governance across the region.
• Identify growth opportunities across customer segments, geographic expansion and product portfolio development.
• Own revenue targets, create operating rhythms for business reviews, pipeline reviews and field productivity tracking.
• Work with country managers and sales leaders to improve sales planning, execution and field coaching.
• Monitor performance at country, business unit, product and territory levels and drive corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data Analytics and Operations to align brand strategy, reporting insights and product availability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior commercial leadership within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and ability to deliver revenue growth across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with capability to translate market dynamics into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to lead and develop country sales teams, fostering a performance‑driven culture.
