Regional Head of Business Development

About the role

The Regional Head of Business Development will lead growth initiatives for Integrated Equities Limited in Lahore. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on expanding investment advisory, stock brokerage and investment banking services across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
• Develop and execute growth strategies and business plans.
• Manage client relationships and oversee account management.
• Lead sales initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to deliver business plans.
• Analyse market trends and client requirements to inform development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services sales and account management.
• Proven track record in business development and market expansion.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, competitive environment.
