Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Falaknaz Group of Companies, a real estate developer founded in 1975, is hiring a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager in Karachi. The manager leads and manages the regional sales team, sets sales targets, monitors performance and ensures revenue goals are met. The role covers developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations and monitor performance against targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies and set sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
• Conduct market analysis and prepare sales reports
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams and ensure high standards of customer service
• Coach and mentor sales staff, implement best practices and represent the company at client meetings and industry events

Required profile

• Proven regional or territory sales management experience, including team leadership, target setting and performance monitoring
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage
• Understanding of real estate, construction or related industries is highly beneficial
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi and adapt to a fast-paced environment
