Regional Sales Manager – KPK (Karachi)

About the role

Login Smart Technology is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) region, based in Karachi. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on driving sales of the company’s premium smart gadgets and accessories across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and expand the customer base.
• Lead, coach and motivate a local sales team to deliver results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key accounts.
• Analyse sales data, forecast demand and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure effective rollout of promotions and new product launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in technology or consumer electronics.
• Strong market research, strategic planning and sales forecasting abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop diverse teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
