About the role
Jaffer Agro Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an energetic Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales team in the Sargodha region. You will develop Territory Sales Officers, drive new product development and promotional activities, and ensure the achievement of regional sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assess market potential and dealer networks across 5‑6 territories to support expansion.
- Collaborate with TSOs on sales forecasting, target setting and territory‑level planning.
- Develop and implement dealer strategies and action plans to meet KPIs.
- Monitor forecasts, conduct performance reviews and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, coach, mentor and train the regional team to foster a high‑performance culture.
Required profile
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agriculture or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in agri‑sales or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Proven leadership and team‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
