Regional Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

Printex is seeking a Regional Sales Marketing Manager to lead sales and marketing initiatives for its textile chemicals portfolio in the Lahore district. The role combines strategic planning, customer relationship management and market promotion to drive revenue growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with textile mills, processors and brands.
• Coordinate technical presentations, product trials and demonstrations with internal technical teams.
• Plan and launch regional marketing campaigns, monitor competitor activity and track market trends.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance analyses using CRM and standard office tools.
• Provide regular sales reports to senior management and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in textile chemicals, dyes or industrial chemicals.
• Strong background in account management, business development and territory planning.
• Solid understanding of textile processes such as pretreatment, dyeing, printing and finishing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the region and work collaboratively across functions.
