Regulatory & Compliance Officer – Pharma

About the role

The Regulatory & Compliance Officer will support the regulatory affairs function by managing import consignments, handling submissions through the DRAP e‑Portal, and maintaining up‑to‑date compliance documentation for pharmaceutical and medical‑device products.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit import clearance documents such as COA, COO, Form‑1, Form‑11, PER, invoices and packing lists.
• Coordinate with customs agents, suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment clearance and track consignments.
• Maintain import records in line with DRAP requirements.
• Manage DRAP e‑Portal applications, document uploads, challan generation and status tracking for product registrations, renewals and medical‑device submissions.
• Respond to DRAP queries and keep regulatory files current.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits by providing required documentation.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with DRAP regulations and internal SOPs.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm‑D) degree – mandatory.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of DRAP regulations and import documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with DRAP e‑Portals (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation and organizational abilities.
