Relationship Manager SME Commercial / Team Leader - Marketing & SME Finance

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is recruiting, on behalf of a leading client in the financial services sector, an experienced Team Leader - Marketing to drive business growth and manage a portfolio of financial services clients. The role suits someone with a strong background in SME financing, relationship management, credit proposal preparation and portfolio management, working in Lahore and Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business for lease finance, term loans and mortgage finance, focusing on the SME sector
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Prepare credit proposals for approval by senior management, the Credit Committee, CEO and Board of Directors
• Manage and retain the customer portfolio while ensuring timely repayments and compliance with company policies
• Follow up on insurance renewals, KIBOR differentials, annual reviews and other compliance requirements
• Conduct regular customer visits to stay informed about clients' businesses and industry trends
• Prepare industry analysis reports and market insights for management
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for disbursement, recovery and compliance

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, banking, leasing or SME financing
• Strong knowledge of financial products, credit proposal preparation and portfolio management
• Excellent financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills

What we offer

• Gross salary of PKR 200,000 per month
