Relationship Officer – Balance Builder

About the role

The Relationship Officer – Balance Builder will drive sales and card acquisition targets for Mashreq Global Network Pakistan. You will engage existing and prospective customers via phone, promote banking products, and ensure compliance with all banking policies.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly KPIs and card acquisition targets while adhering to banking regulations.
• Contact potential and existing customers to introduce and promote banking products.
• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and cross‑sell or upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records in all systems, process customer requests, and compile daily and monthly reports.
• Handle customer issues promptly, resolve complaints, and escalate complex matters to the team leader.
• Participate in daily team huddles, monitor personal performance, and align strategies to improve sales outcomes.

Required profile

• University graduate.
• 1‑2 years of experience in the banking sector; UAE experience is a plus.
• Strong sales and customer focus with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent presentation and people‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset and good computer literacy.
• Adaptable, versatile, and a result‑driven team player.
