Remote Admin & Admissions Officer

About the role

The Admin / Admissions Officer will support the OAIC Education System by managing admissions, student records, and academic administration through a centralized online platform. This fully remote position works on a morning shift schedule and is ideal for candidates starting their career in education technology.

Key responsibilities

• Process new student admissions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Track attendance, examinations, and academic performance using the education management system.
• Maintain faculty information and support day‑to‑day administrative operations.
• Assist in ensuring platform scalability, security, and performance for single‑ or multi‑branch institutions.
• Coordinate remotely with institutional stakeholders to resolve queries and improve workflows.

Required profile

• Entry‑level experience (less than 1 year) or internship with SaaS/web platforms.
• Familiarity with education management or student information systems.
• Basic understanding of attendance and examination modules.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
