Remote B2B Freight Sales Representative (Cold Calling)

About the role

Rise Logistics Corp is looking for a remote B2B Freight Sales Representative to support freight and logistics business development from Karachi, Pakistan. The role centres on cold calling prospective business customers, introducing freight services and building a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities. It is a full-time remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective business customers through outbound calls and other approved prospecting methods.
• Introduce freight and logistics solutions, ask discovery questions and qualify leads based on shipping requirements and potential fit.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, lead status and follow-up actions in the company's sales tracking tools.
• Schedule follow-up conversations and sales appointments, and share prospect information with the sales team.
• Meet agreed activity and lead-generation targets while representing the company courteously.
• Share prospect feedback and market observations to help improve outreach and sales messaging.

Required profile

• Confident, professional telephone communication and active listening for B2B cold calling.
• Strong spoken and written English for communicating with business contacts and documenting conversations.
• Persuasive, customer-focused approach with resilience in handling objections.
• Organised follow-up habits and accurate record keeping.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage daily priorities.
• Interest in freight, logistics, shipping or supply chain is an advantage.

Required skills

• Comfort using computers, spreadsheets, email and CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Ability to deliver concise service introductions and ask effective discovery questions.
