About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant to join a leading information services firm on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on diagnosing operational inefficiencies, designing process improvements, and delivering data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes through data analysis and stakeholder interviews to identify bottlenecks.
• Develop and present actionable, evidence‑based recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of workflow redesign, automation opportunities, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to uncover growth opportunities.
• Document findings in clear reports and presentations for executive audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management consulting with a focus on process optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong project management ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.
