Remote Business Consultant – Management Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a remote Business Consultant to help our client improve operational performance and profitability. The consultant will analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and deliver data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose operational bottlenecks through data analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Design and implement process improvements, including workflow redesign, automation, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Document findings in clear reports and presentations for executive audiences.

Required profile

• Experience in management consulting with a focus on process optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Strong project management ability to handle multiple engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
