Remote Business Development Executive

About the role

FinFusion is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to work remotely and help expand its accounting and financial coaching services. You will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth across the United States market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high‑value business opportunities on freelance platforms such as Upwork.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Craft compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to convert leads into long‑term customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, support contract negotiations, and ensure smooth handoff to account management.
• Track activities and sales metrics in a CRM system and provide regular performance reports.
• Offer feedback to refine go‑to‑market strategies and improve lead conversion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record of winning projects on platforms like Upwork.
• Excellent proposal writing and communication skills, especially with USA‑based clients.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage remote workflows.
