Remote Case Worker (US Patients) – Pakistan

About the role

We are looking for a remote Case Worker to support U.S.-based patients from Pakistan. The role involves telephone communication, helping patients access community and social-service resources, and coordinating with healthcare and insurance providers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls from U.S. patients in a professional manner during New York business hours (9 am‑6 pm EST).
• Identify and connect patients with available community resources such as food, housing, transportation, utilities and financial assistance.
• Coordinate with healthcare offices, insurance companies, government agencies and community organizations on behalf of patients.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain confidential records.
• Maintain a quiet, private workspace and reliable high-speed internet for confidential conversations.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with strong listening and comprehension skills.
• Comfortable communicating with American patients, including seniors.
• Highly organized, compassionate and able to work independently.
• Available to work the full New York business-hour schedule.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace.

Required skills

• Proficient computer usage and internet research.
• Accurate typing and documentation.
