Remote Client Hunting & Business Development Specialist

About the role

Refine Success is seeking a remote Client Hunting & Business Development professional to expand its SME and corporate client base. The role focuses on generating new B2B leads, guiding prospects through the sales cycle, and delivering revenue growth for the financial‑services platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and engage new B2B prospects (SMEs, corporates, high‑net‑worth individuals) using digital channels such as LinkedIn and email campaigns.
• Manage the full sales process from outreach and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with product, credit and advisory teams to craft tailored commercial proposals.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline and client records in a CRM system, forecast sales and report key performance indicators.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business‑development targets and ensure smooth handover of closed deals to operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven B2B sales or business‑development experience in financial services or fintech.
• Strong prospecting abilities, including cold outreach, LinkedIn networking and email campaigning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Good financial acumen to design client‑focused solutions.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with the Lahore office.
