Remote Cold Caller – Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our remote team and help generate qualified leads for our SEO and digital‑marketing services. Reporting directly to the owner, you will work independently to contact businesses across Pakistan, schedule discovery calls, and convey the value of our offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to SMEs in targeted Pakistani cities and industries.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their current marketing and SEO needs.
• Book discovery and appointment calls with qualified leads.
• Explain our SEO and digital‑marketing services clearly and credibly.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up consistently.
• Use online calendars for scheduling and send follow‑up messages via email or messaging tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling or tele‑sales, preferably in B2B services.
• Fluent spoken Urdu and English with strong listening and questioning abilities.
• Target‑oriented mindset with a record of meeting or exceeding outreach goals.
• Self‑discipline to manage time and maintain volume while working remotely.
• Professional telephone etiquette and effective objection‑handling skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital‑marketing concepts.
