Key responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate community platforms to ensure respectful interactions and quickly resolve conflicts.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with empathy, de‑escalating tense situations.
• Design and implement engagement initiatives that encourage active participation and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams to relay community feedback and improve the user experience.
• Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining clear, friendly written and verbal communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in online community moderation or customer support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
• Strong conflict‑resolution and de‑escalation abilities.
• Self‑starter attitude, high energy and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced remote setting.
• Detail‑oriented with solid time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
