Remote Corporate Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Corporate Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this full‑time position you will manage the early stages of hiring, from outbound outreach to interview coordination, while supporting a high‑volume pipeline of candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–250 outbound calls daily using company‑provided lead lists.
• Conduct structured phone screenings to evaluate qualifications, communication skills, and job fit.
• Present open positions, answer candidate questions, and recommend qualified applicants.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and applicant tracking system.
• Monitor candidate progress and provide timely follow‑up.
• Achieve daily recruiting, screening, and scheduling performance targets.
• Support additional recruitment initiatives and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume outbound calling environment.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently while juggling multiple recruitment priorities.
• Reliable computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and primary and backup internet connections.
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, customer service, HR, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
