Remote Dispatcher & Phone Operator

About the role

We are seeking a remote Dispatcher & Phone Operator to handle emergency and non‑emergency calls, transmit information, and coordinate vehicle and crew dispatches. The position requires calm, clear communication, strong multitasking, and the ability to work independently across all shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Receive emergency and non‑emergency calls, record critical information accurately.
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
• Dispatch orders for products, deliveries, or emergency crews using radio, phone, or computer systems.
• Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance.
• Track vehicles and resources, ensuring timely response.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role (5 years preferred).
• Fast typing and data‑entry abilities.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and guidelines.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
• Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and active‑listening skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (or high‑school diploma) preferred.
