Remote Draftsman (Civil & MEP) – 5+ Years Experience

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Draftsman specialized in civil and MEP design to work remotely on projects for GCC‑based clients. The position offers a compliant full‑time contract with opportunities to progress into senior and lead roles as the client portfolio expands.

Key responsibilities

• Produce architectural, civil and MEP drafting and technical drawings for construction projects.
• Prepare construction, shop, as‑built, floor‑plan, site‑plan, elevation and section drawings.
• Coordinate BIM deliverables and ensure all CAD documentation follows company standards and GCC building codes.
• Collaborate with project teams, incorporate feedback from engineers and architects, and maintain accurate model updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional drafting experience in civil and/or MEP projects.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting project deadlines.
• Familiarity with GCC construction standards and international building codes.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills for team coordination.
