Remote Frontend Web Developer (HTML & CSS)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Web Developer to create and maintain responsive user interfaces using HTML and CSS. This contract position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with design teams to deliver pixel‑perfect UI components for a high‑traffic platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end components using HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
• Collaborate with designers to translate mockups from Figma, Sketch, or similar tools into functional UI elements.
• Optimize front‑end performance and adhere to accessibility standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile‑first approaches.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
