About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design, draft, and review structured rubrics that train AI models on employee travel and cross‑border scenarios.
• Synthesize complex mobility data and workflows into clear, actionable tasks for AI assessment.
• Collaborate with HR, security, and communications teams to align AI training with organizational protocols and business continuity plans.
• Develop and maintain expertise in global mobility management, crisis management, and incident response.
• Analyze data to inform business decisions and support continuity planning.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in global mobility management, including policy development and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience in crisis management, incident response, and business continuity planning.
