About the role

We are seeking a Remote Global Mobility Specialist to support a leading AI company on a contract basis. The specialist will apply deep domain knowledge in international employee travel and cross‑border movement to help train AI models that understand real‑world mobility scenarios. This fully remote position offers flexible hours and an hourly rate of $20‑$50.

Key responsibilities

• Design, draft, and review structured rubrics that train AI models on employee travel and cross‑border movement scenarios.
• Synthesize complex mobility data and workflows into clear, actionable tasks for AI assessment and evaluation.
• Collaborate with HR, security, and communications teams to ensure alignment with organizational protocols and business continuity plans.
• Develop and maintain expertise in global mobility management, crisis management, and incident response.
• Analyze and evaluate mobility data to inform business decisions and support continuity planning.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in global mobility management, including policy development and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience in crisis management, incident response, and business continuity planning.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
