About the role

We are seeking a Remote Global Mobility Specialist to work on a contract basis for a leading AI platform. The role leverages your expertise in international employee travel, cross-border movement, and crisis management to help train next-generation AI models with high-quality, real-world input.

Key responsibilities

• Design, draft, and review structured rubrics that teach AI models how to handle employee travel and cross-border mobility scenarios.
• Synthesize complex mobility data and workflows into clear, actionable tasks for AI assessment.
• Collaborate with HR, security, and communications teams to ensure alignment with organizational protocols and business continuity plans.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of global mobility management, crisis management, and incident response.
• Analyze mobility data to inform business decisions and support continuity planning.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in global mobility management, including policy development and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of turning complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in crisis management and incident response with a solid understanding of business continuity.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
