Remote High-Volume Interview Setter

About the role

We are looking for a Remote High-Volume Interview Setter to join our recruitment team. In this role you will engage with a large number of applicants, verify their qualifications and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates to discuss open positions.
• Conduct initial qualification calls using structured screening questions.
• Schedule interviews for qualified candidates with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview dates, times and confirmations while maintaining accuracy.
• Update candidate information and hiring activity in the ATS and CRM.
• Manage a high volume of candidate interactions with professionalism.
• Provide interview reminders, follow‑up on availability and next steps.
• Achieve daily outreach, interview‑setting and productivity targets.
• Support additional recruitment tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume outbound calling and scheduling.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable computer, smartphone and stable internet connection.
• Self‑driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in recruiting, appointment setting, customer service or call‑center operations is a plus.
