Remote Hiring Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Hiring Consultant to support our recruitment efforts by connecting with prospective candidates, introducing career opportunities, and coordinating the early stages of the hiring process—all from a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using our CRM and cloud‑based dialing platform.
• Contact prospective candidates, discuss current employment opportunities, and build interest.
• Qualify candidates according to hiring guidelines and schedule interviews.
• Accurately document candidate information, call outcomes, and interview appointments in the CRM.
• Follow recruiting workflows and communication standards throughout the hiring process.
• Meet daily outreach, interview scheduling, and performance targets.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings.
• Support additional recruitment and hiring initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Professional, friendly, and confident phone presence.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Reliable computer or laptop, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations while maintaining accurate records.
• Self‑motivated, coachable, and eager to contribute to a growing remote recruitment team.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, hiring, customer service, call centers, sales, or appointment setting is a plus but not required.
